Liquid Silicone Rubber is a two-component, platinum-curable, heat-pumpable silicone elastomer that can be molded and cured with very fast cycle times at elevated temperatures. The molding process allows complex part geometry and exact dimensions to be achieved.
With this molding process, the most complex geometries with exact dimensions can be achieved. LSR can enable injection in short cycle times and fully automatic manufacturing without swelling or flanges.
