Compression molding is a manufacturing process in which a measured amount of molding material, usually preheated (and often called a "filler"), is compressed to the desired shape using two heated molds.
Within a few weeks, our design team can develop CAD, molds and deliver the first parts. We are able to produce molds in materials such as aluminum, machinable plate and ABS, etc.
Depending on the complexity of your project and mold material, compression molds can supply anywhere from a few pieces to several thousand.
We can adjust the surface finish of your mold in terms of roughness and texture, giving the parts a higher quality and better aesthetic appearance.
